Keto Pumpkin Spice Latte

Coffee lovers will enjoy our Keto Pumpkin Spice Latte. This seasonal treat will satisfy your sweet tooth. Made to be keto friendly, our recipe puts a healthier twist on this classic drink. 

Here at Welcome to the Family Table, Autumn is our favorite season. We love nothing more than making apple shaped cupcakes, spending time as a family enjoying pumpkin themed activities, and slathering our baked goods with homemade pumpkin pie butter. We especially love drinking delicious coffee. 

In our household this Keto Pumpkin Spice Latte is a family favorite year round!

Keto Pumpkin Spice Latte

Ingredients:

  • 1 Tbs pumpkin pie spice mix
  • 4 Tbsp golden erythritol
  • 1/2 Tbsp vanilla extract
  • 2 Cups almond milk
  • 1/2 Cup heavy cream
  • 2 Espresso shots
  • Whipped cream as a topping

Directions:

In a small saucepan over medium heat bring the milk and pumpkin pie spice to a simmer. Cook for 2 minutes to infuse the milk with the spice flavor.

Keto Pumpkin Spice Latte

Add the vanilla extract, golden erythritol and heavy cream and stir to combine.

Keto Pumpkin Spice Latte

Pour the coffee and simmer for 2 more minutes.

Keto Pumpkin Spice Latte

Stir and remove from heat.

Pour into glasses and top with heavy cream and a cinnamon stick.
