So You Call Yourself A Homeschooler
Greetings Friends!

As many of you know, my husband has been serving on his 5th year long deployment in Afghanistan. I am happy to report that he is in transition to come home and we will be reunited as a family shortly! This year has been full of it’s fair share of ups and downs, but most of all, we have grown in Christ as a family through it all. I will certainly post photos of the homecoming as well as a video as I have hired a videographer this time around! I figure that after all these times, it is time to hire someone to chronicle a homecoming ceremony! So stay tuned, I promise it will be a blessing!

I also wanted to ask YOU, my precious friends and readership, for your support. My blog has been nominated in the Circle of Moms Top 25 Homeschool Blogs. Would you please pop on over and give me your vote? It takes 30 seconds or less – I promise 🙂 You can vote for more than one blog – but I am asking for YOUR vote for So You Call Yourself A Homeschooler 🙂 You can support me by voting once a day thru June 27. {To vote, simply click on the icon below and then click “vote” and YOUR DONE!}

As they say here in Deutschland, Danke {thank you}!

  1. I thank your family also, and I’m super excited for you! How wonderful that you are sharing with us. You certainly have my vote, and I will try to vote daily. I read other homeschooling mom blogs, but none have continuously made theirs as inviting as yours. You share delicious recipes from Grandma, the comedy your children encounter on the playground, your husbands return home from a long service. Those things on top of the great homeschooling/family ideas and advice have me hooked. Sometimes I want to run to Germany and hug you. Keep on!

  2. I’m so happy for you. I can’t imagine how hard it must be to be separated for so long. Enjoy your homecoming.

  3. Yay! Praying for an awesome reunion and that things will get back to “normal” easily. {Whatever normal is- right?} 😉

  4. Randomly stumbled across your blog and wanted to pass along my thanks as well! I’m sure that will be a wonderful reunion. 🙂
