Nutella Peanut Butter Balls with Chocolate Drizzle

Who wants some Nutella peanut butter balls with a nice chocolate drizzle? I know I do! After living in Europe for three years, I began to enjoy using Nutella in many different baking recipes. It amazed me how a bit of this delicious spread could bring other ingredients to life!

Today I am sharing with you one of the family favorites: Nutella Peanut Butter Balls with Chocolate Drizzle. These are great little energy bites after a tiring morning out with the kids or even great to serve at holiday parties and other events. I sure hope you like these as much as we do.

Nutella Peanut Butter Balls with Chocolate Drizzle

Ingredients

• 1 C Instant Oats
• ¼ C Creamy Peanut Butter
• ¼ C Nutella
• 2T Coconut Oil
• 1T Honey
• 1 Square dark chocolate

Instructions

In a medium sized bowl combine all ingredients except for the dark chocolate.

Stir with wooden spoon until well combined.

Make small balls with mixture. (9-10)

Refrigerate balls for 10-20 min to let them firm up a bit.

Melt the chocolate square in microwave and drizzle on top of balls.
