This recipe is Keto friendly and is the perfect thing to enjoy for breakfast or as a snack. The ingredients in our recipe are healthy, and we love how fresh the lemon tastes! It’s amazing to enjoy with a cup of coffee or some lemonade.

Keto Lemon Loaf Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 Cups almond flour
- 1/3 Cup coconut flour
- 1 Tbsp baking powder
- 3/4 Cup sweetener (I used erythritol)
- 1/2 Cup melted coconut oil
- 6 Eggs
- 1 Tsp vanilla extract
- 1/3 Cup lemon juice
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease a baking pan and set aside.
In a bowl whisk the almond flour with the coconut flour, baking powder and sweetener.
Add the rest of the ingredients and beat on medium speed for 5 to 6 minutes or until everything is well incorporated and the batter has thickened.
Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and take to the oven.
Bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until done.
