Fiesta quinoa salad is one of our family’s favorite recipes. This fresh, delicious, healthy salad is filling enough for a main dish and can also be used as a side dish when entertaining. We love how versatile it is because we can serve it warm on cold days and serve it cold on warmer days. The taste is incredible and has always been well received by all we’ve prepared it for. We hope you enjoy!
