If you are like my husband and I, it is important for your marriage to honor God in all areas of your covenant. And honoring God is no exception. My husband and I decided over 13 years ago that it was extremely important to see eye-to-eye in the area of finances. I only wish we had this book back then to help easily define what our money personalities were! This book is a great read for those new to marriage as well as those who have been married a long time but continually seeking ways to honor God in this area of your marriage.

What I Like About This Book

This book give you and your spouse the ability to define your money personality. What’s your money personality? It is the way that you “look” at money. And guess what? Most likely you and your spouse do not have the same money personality. The definition of these personalities (saver, spender, risk taker, security seeker, flyer) help you see how you view money from an “outsiders view”of yourself. Because it defines you in black and white, you are able to get to the root of the issues preventing you and your spouse from seeing eye-to-eye in this area of life. The book also provides lots of ways to help you and your spouse begin to effectively communicate about the differences in the way you view the financial aspect of marriage and help you to work towards a common ground.

About The Authors

Scott & Bethany Palmer, The Money Couple, have dedicated their lives to helping others strengthen their relationships with the 5 Money Personalities. With 43 years of combined financial planning experience, they launched “The Money Couple” and are regulars on national TV and radio and speak internationally about love and money. Scott and Bethany enjoy an active lifestyle in Colorado with their two young sons, Cole and Cade.
