Nothing Is Impossible

Do you have a situation in your life that seems impossible? Perhaps you have a serious physical problem that you are dealing with. Or maybe your family is in the midst of a severe financial crisis. Or you might have a dream in your heart that is so incredibly big you don’t know how you’ll ever achieve it.

Well, I want to encourage you today that no matter what you are facing, nothing is impossible if you will believe!

Remember that your Father is the Almighty God – the Creator of the universe!

In Genesis 18:9-13, Sarah laughed to herself when she heard the Lord tell Abraham that they would have a son in their old age. Then in verse 14, the Lord asked the question: “Is any thing too hard for the Lord?” 

Now, we understand that this was a rhetorical question. No answer was required. There is absolutely nothing that is too hard for Him!

Jeremiah 32:17-19 (NLT) says, “O Sovereign Lord! You made the heavens and earth by Your strong hand and powerful arm. Nothing is too hard for You! You are the great and powerful God, the Lord of Heaven’s Armies. You have all wisdom and do great and mighty miracles.”

That is your Heavenly Father!

In Jeremiah 32:27 (NET), He says, “I am the LORD, the God of all humankind. There is, indeed, nothing too difficult for me.”

And in Mark 10:27 Jesus said, “With men it is impossible, but not with God: for with God all things are possible.”

But there’s a catch…

If we back up one chapter to Mark 9:23, Jesus said, “If you can believe, all things are possible to him who believes.”

You have to believe. 

Since faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of God (Romans 10:17), you will need to spend some time studying your Bible so that you can find out exactly what God’s Word promises regarding your particular situation. And as you do so, faith to receive whatever you need will rise up within you.

The more you get the Word in your heart and speak it with your mouth, the more your faith will grow.

Here are a few verses to get you started:

• Are you sick or in need of healing in your body?

Exodus 15:26 (NKJ) says, “I am the Lord Who heals you.”

• Are you facing financial difficulties?

Philippians 4:19 (AMP) says, “And my God will liberally supply (fill to the full) your every need according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus.”

• Do you have deep desires or huge dreams you want to see come to pass?

Ephesians 3:20 (AMP) says that God is able to “do superabundantly, far over and above all that we [dare] ask or think [infinitely beyond our highest prayers, desires, thoughts, hopes, or dreams].”

No matter what problem you face, your answer is in God’s Word. Your situation may seem bleak and hopeless. It may look like you’ll never make it through.

But your Daddy is the Omnipotent Maker of the heavens and the earth. Nothing is too hard for Him. And when you believe His Word, nothing is impossible to you!
