FREE Printable Winter Spelling Mats
I’m back with another set of spelling mats. If you missed my first set (a Christmas-themed set) you can check them out here. My free printable Winter Spelling Mats include 10 new spelling mats with corresponding word cards. There is a set of uppercase and lowercase letter tiles. You may need to print off two sets to accommodate double-letter words like igloo.
Turn the spelling cards upside down. Have your child choose one and then find the corresponding spelling mat. Use the letter tiles to spell out the word. Once they’ve spelled the word, have them write it on the recording page. Then, move on to the next word.
Instead of letter tiles, your children may enjoy using letter stamps to stamp each word.
