Express Yourself

Managing Your Blessings

From the time of your conception a plan is in place to destroy your confidence.  To take away your desire and ability to express yourself.  Your power and authority comes from Christ and through the expression of your authentic self.  Your true identity.  Walking in your true identity allows you to fulfill your purpose, your destiny, your call.  So you can see why the enemy (satan) would work so hard in the areas of self-esteem and self-worth.  He could care less about us as individuals.  Don’t ever for once think it’s about you.  It’s about the gifts you carry inside you and the purpose for which you were created.  Most people won’t take the time to get to know you.  So how could they possibly like you for you?  There will be few in your lifetime that cherish and love you for you.  I strongly encourage you to identify and invest in those relationships.  But the majority of those that cross your path are drawn to you because of your gifts, how you use your gifts and what those gifts have added to your life.

Jesus answered, “Yes, I am saying these things about myself, but they are true.  I know where I came from and where I am going.  But you don’t know where I came from or where I am going.” John 8:14 (NCV)

Spend your time on this earth wisely.  Ask yourself, “Who am I and why am I here?”  I hope more than less of you reading this could answer that question with certainty.  If you could, continue to walk out your destiny and becoming a better you each day.  If you couldn’t answer that question, don’t be discouraged.  Begin to seek and rest assured you will find.  Your victory will be in discovering who you are and walking in it.  The enemy’s lies are keeping you blind to who you are and wasting the time you’ve been blessed with.

“Express yourself. For when you express yourself, you express Him.”
