Pumpkin Spice Keto Donuts
Summer has come to an end. Now the nights are getting colder, and it’s the perfect time to start making pumpkin spice-flavored goodies. We wanted to share some pumpkin spice keto donuts with you. Our recipe is heavy on the spice, but light on the sugar. If you’re following a Keto diet this will be the sweet treat you’ve been craving. This festive dessert will be a hit at the dinner table.
1 cup almond flour
2 Tbsp coconut flour
1/4 cup sweetener of choice, I used monkfruit sweetener
2 Tsp baking powder
1 1/2 Tsp pumpkin pie spice mix
1/2 Tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup almond milk
1 Tsp vanilla extract
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
In a bowl whisk together the almond flour, coconut flour, sweetener, baking powder, pumpkin pie spice, and cinnamon.
Add the eggs, butter, almond milk, and vanilla and stir vigorously until everything is combined.
Pour into a silicone donut pan and take to the oven. bake for 23 to 25 minutes or until done.
Let it cool down completely before taking it out of the pan.
